- How do I play?
- Tap the screen to fly between the towers. Passing a tower gives you 1 aura; grazing the edge, 2; nearly touching it, 3. Four in a row starts AURA MODE, where everything counts double.
- What are The Daily, Turbo mode and Aura Battles?
- The Daily is a new course every day, the same for everyone, with its own leaderboard. In Turbo, the phase goes up every 10 towers: faster, with narrower gaps. In Aura Battles you play 1 vs 1 on your rival's course and get 3 attempts to beat their score.
- How do I compete only with my friends?
- In Bandas (Bands): create a band and invite your friends by typing their player ID (everyone sees their own in Bandas → Banda). They get an invitation they have to accept: nobody joins without one. Every day you see The Daily ranked only among yourselves, with its own crown, and you can challenge each other (the same course for both, no powers). There is no chat.
- How do I get Bandits?
- From the free daily packs: 2 a day, plus 1 for your first golden gap and 1 for your first battle win. Packs are never sold. A duplicate (same Bandit and mutation) gives you aura dust.
- What is aura dust for?
- To power up your Bandits (★, ★★, ★★★ and a rarity step up) and to craft the ones you are missing. Secret Bandits cannot be crafted: they only come from packs.
- I bought something and I can't see it
- Open the in-game Shop (Tienda) and tap Restaurar compras (Restore purchases). If it still does not appear, email us with the date and the product.
- How do I get a refund?
- Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I report or block someone?
- In the leaderboard or in your band, tap ··· next to their alias and choose Denunciar (Report) or Bloquear (Block). A band invitation can also be declined while blocking whoever sent it, and a band name can be reported. We review reports and remove offensive aliases and names.
- How do I change my ad privacy choices?
- In the game: Settings (Ajustes) → Anuncios y compras (or the Shop), Privacidad de anuncios button (when shown). On your iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the game: Ajustes (Settings) → Borrar cuenta (Delete account). Your profile, runs, Bandits and everything else are deleted from our server right away. This cannot be undone.
