Terms of use
By playing AURA BANDITS you accept these terms. They add to Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps.
Who provides the game
Angel M., an individual based in Spain, publishing under the trade name NAMAJI GAMES. Contact: namajigames@gmail.com.
Fair play
- Do not cheat: do not modify the app, automate runs or exploit bugs. The server checks every run and we may cancel runs that do not add up.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat or abuse the game or other players.
Aliases and conduct
Your alias is public. Do not use aliases that are offensive, impersonate someone else or infringe third-party rights. We may hide or change aliases that break these rules, including after reports from other players, and you can block anyone you like. The same applies to band names: do not put social media handles or contact details in them.
Bandits, cards, packs and aura dust
- They are game content: we give you a personal licence to use them inside AURA BANDITS. You do not own them, they have no monetary value and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- Packs are free and are never sold. The odds of each rarity and mutation are shown in the game.
- We may adjust the game's content and balance (for example, between seasons).
Purchases
- Purchases are made with your Apple account and handled by Apple. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between runs. Rewarded ads remain optional.
- If we ever offer a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it in your iPhone Settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can recover your purchases with Restaurar compras (Restore purchases) in the in-game Shop.
Availability
We do our best to keep the game running, but there may be outages. We may change, pause or end features or seasons; if we shut the game down, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
The game is provided as is. We are liable as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
